Position Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. This is a unique opportunity to blend your customer service expertise with your passion for engineering. Our client are a leading engineering machinery dealer.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by generating reports, analysing sales data, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing our overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an engineering environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiasm for the engineering industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
