Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tag rugby coaching sessions to individuals or groups
  • Teach and educate participants on the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport
  • Develop training programs and practice schedules
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve performance
  • Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
  • Monitor and assess progress of participants
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff members

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a sports coach or athlete in the specific sport
  • Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels
  • Patience and adaptability to work with diverse groups of participants
  • Certification or qualifications in sports coaching is preferred, but not required

Job Types:
Part-time, Freelance


Salary:
£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 per week


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sleaford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
