As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with customers.

Your dynamic role will include both sales and marketing responsibilities, making this an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.


Sales:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, demonstrating needs, and closing sales.


Marketing Support:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.


Customer Education:
Educate customers benefits to help them make informed decisions.


Customer Feedback:
Gather and communicate customer feedback to the management team to continuously improve the customer experience.


Qualifications:


  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay:
Up to £60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
