Early Talent Assistant
**Birmingham, Glasgow or Leeds

We're currently recruiting an Early Talent Assistant to provide professional and high-quality administrative support to our Graduate Recruitment and Early Talent Advisors.

The team sits within our Human Resources and Learning Group and is spread between our UK & South African offices.

Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

This position sits within our Human Resources and Learning Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work.

The purpose of this role is to provide professional and high-quality administrative support to two different strands of the Pinsent Masons Early Talent team.

The job holder will work with Graduate Recruitment Advisors, and Human Resource Business Partners, across Pinsent Masons' global office network to support the delivery of Early Talent attraction, selection and recruitment.

They will also work with Early Talent Advisors to support the Firm's legal and non-legal apprenticeship programmes. They will be expected to provide excellent service and demonstrate organisational and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience of working within a legal and/or early talent recruitment or HR environment (advantageous, but not essential).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. Highly diligent with excellent attention to detail
