PQE Range: 6 years plus


Reporting to:
Head of Department


Hours:
Full Time or Part Time considered

Location:
Worthing - Hybrid working available

Commercial Property Law together with a following of clients / referrers / contacts

to generate own workloads and the ability to further any relationships for the Firm

and undertake all required Business Development to help grow the teams'
workloads.


They will also have:
- the ability to work in a team and under pressure
- the ability to absorb information from people and documents swiftly and

accurately
- the ability to provide clear and concise advice
- the ability to motivate Assistants and colleagues
- good IT skills
- an aptitude for developing and marketing the Department and the Firm;
- the ability to retain their existing client base and integrate those clients

into Bennett Griffin LLP
- the ability to deal with members of the public and official bodies

courteously and confidently, and deal with owner-managed businesses
- a good knowledge of all aspects of the law and Rules/Regulations in this

area of law along with knowledge and understanding of SRA Accounts
Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcome Focused Regulations.
