Out client, a leading maintenance contractor, is recruiting for an Area Contracts Manager to manage one of their regional branches.

Overseeing a range of painting contracts, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a rapidly growing contractor with great company benefits and bonus scheme


Day to day duties:


  • Ensure the regional branch is profitable
  • Oversee all aspects of work to ensure health and safety and that works are delivered on time and to budge
  • Make sure that all contracts are reaching specific targets
  • Manage profit and loss across the branch
  • Maintain, develop and create relationships with clients and customers
  • Liaise with other regional branches and national teams
  • Hold responsibility for all compliance within the branch
  • Develop and grow the local business in line with the company objectives and strategy

Essential Skills:


  • Previous experience managing a region for either a maintenance contractor, housing association or local authority.
  • CMI L5 Certificate Management & Leadership
  • CSCS card
  • Completion of iHASCO defined mandatory training modules
