We are in need of a delivery driver for a
3.5 tonne Luton Van (experience driving this type of van is preferred)


WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A TEAM PLAYER TO FILL THE POSITION OF BEING OUR DELIVERY DRIVER

If you like driving, then that is a big bonus.

This job requires
heavy lifting of fragile goods, sometimes on your own. So we require a fit and healthy individual for this role. Most of our deliveries are large bulky items of furniture, so please bear this in mind when applying,


The job role will include:

  • Delivering items.
  • Inspecting vehicle for operation.
  • Loading and unloading furniture.
  • Driving through different routes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Valid UK Driving Licence with 3+ years Driving experience
  • Experience as Delivery Driver preferred
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must possess a positive and professional attitude

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Flexitime
  • No weekends
  • Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Whitstable: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
