M&G. On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a
Programme Manager for an initial
9-month contract based in London. (Hybrid

  • 2/3 days in the London office)

Purpose of the Role:


Responsibility and end-to-end ownership of delivering a critical programme of work that is aligned to organisational strategy consisting of multiple sub-projects/workstreams.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the entire programme plan ensuringdependencies are interlocked and all stakeholders are effectively managed.

You will manage the taskforce on climate related disclosure
(TCFD) programmes, which sits under the
Regulatory Sustainability Programme

As a Programme Manager you will

  • Lead from the front, design, plan and own the endtoend delivery of programmes with multiple project subprojects/workstreams.
  • Identify key business stakeholders; leading on defining the business case, programme objectives, scope, agreed set of expected benefits and outcomes.
  • Establish and secure funding for the programme, managing delivery in line with the approved spend through understanding the drivers of project costs.
  • Adhere to governance standards including project change standard and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate
    RACI and RAID logs and service now records for the overall programme.
  • Monitor programme risks and implement the response.
  • Evaluate delivery options and the team's performance.
  • Provide regular forecasts of the future change and BAU resources.
  • Ensure management of the integration of programme outcomes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the asset management, asset owner/servicing operating model.
  • Strong programme management/communication and relationship management.
  • In depth knowledge of
    SFDR/EU Taxonomyand working knowledge of
    TCFD(advantage)
  • Confidence in facilitating complex and largescale workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate, influence and constructively challenge where appropriate.
  • Drive change to business practices effectively.
