  • At Edelman the creative department with strategy and client teams develop creative platforms, ideas and integrated programs, built from an earned media standpoint. Edelman demands integration with specialists in Creative, Content, Social, Influencer, Creative Technology, Production and Design. It is the driver for transformational and awardworthy creative work in this business.
  • We are looking to appoint a graphics animator/editor who will play a key role delivering client and pitch response work, by partnering with producers and creatives. You have experience creating motion design concepts for social platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok. You've lived and breathed social, understand trends in news and culture and how to respond to it. You love to find creative ways to tell stories, make an impact, move fast and have fun while doing it
  • You will work on the full cycle of production from concept generation to delivery or activation. You will part of the process to resource the right talent internally and externally you will engage and manage production partners to the high standard we expect. to produce the best possible output, creating inspiring environments in which they can do their best work. You will be key in the success the work produced, steering the production from beginning to completion.
  • Your responsibilities will tackle the various phases of production demonstrating your expertise across experiential, graphics & animation, live action, editing & postproduction.

  • Knowledge and experience of working in an team environment delivering client work on deadlines, and understanding the needs and managing expectations of key stakeholders as part of that process

  • Develop and maintain excellent intercompany and client relationships (where required) around driving cost efficiencies. Please note this is not a client facing role.
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and deliver campaign ideas effectively
  • Ability to respond to client feedback with creative problem solving and proactive creative rationale
  • Deliver work on time and communicate any projects snags that can result in delays. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with production timelines and processes, including concepting, development, feedback, iteration, approvals, mastering, etc.
  • Ensure all projects are wrapped, backup on the server and a project collect is complete.

Specific Role Requirements:


  • Able to demonstrate working in graphic & conceptual design environment, with a talent for visual storytelling
  • Create moodboards, detailed storyboards and graphic style frames which clearly demonstrate the concept and animation you propose these will be client facing.
  • Develop assets yourself, as well as implementing assets designed by in house conceptual design team.
  • Abilty to search and find appropriate stock to be used in pitch and project work
  • Support the postproduction and editing of films and social videos as well as pitch films.
  • A hybrid creative skillset, able to create static content as well as animation and video content.
  • Able to carry out 'versioning', including social/digital/print aspect ratios, logo variations, photography, etc.
  • Music track research and suitability. Audio mixing ability when producer asks for it to be completed in house
  • Ability to respond to client feedback with creative problem solving and proactive creative rationale
