Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with students to understand their learning needs
Educate and assist students in English, focusing on areas where they require additional support
Create engaging and interactive learning experiences
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

Requirements:

Relevant teaching qualification or degree educated
Previous Tutoring experience is a must
Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver lessons in line with national curriculum
SEND OR SEMH experience desirable
Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual student needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and empathy when working with students of varying abilities
