Description

Tuntum Housing Association is seeking a diligent Finance Assistant to join our team for a 12-month period to fill in for maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

To ensure an effective and efficient income processing including rental income system is maintained.
To provide cover for the Finance officer in ensuring that the daytoday transaction (mainly rent accounting and Purchase ledger) processing is carried out within the association.
To ensure that the committed repairs orders are regularly reviewed in conjunction with the Property services team leader
To ensure that appropriate head office expenditure is procured

You will receive an excellent benefits package of:
