Team Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to join our Know Your Customer (KYC) Solutions Delivery team as a Product Consultant.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the KYC industry working with a global range of customers operating in an array of sectors that integrate with MA's KYC SaaS & Data Solutions via Web, API and Data Feeds delivery methods.

The KYC Solutions Delivery team is a global team of professionals that work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure client expectations of implementation of their solutions are met and exceeded.


Overview of role/responsibilities for the intern

  • Client Integration Exposure: You will gain exposure to client integrations with APIs and data feeds. This will involve understanding how our solutions interact with client systems and how data is exchanged and processed.
  • Process Enhancement: You will participate in the coordination of new initiatives, working alongside our experienced team members to ensure project goals are met within specified timelines.
  • Client Interaction: You will have the opportunity to join client calls focused on technical training, gaining firsthand experience in client communication and support.
  • Technical Support Triage: You will learn to identify, categorize, and prioritize incoming technical support tickets, ensuring that critical issues are expedited and addressed promptly.
  • Documentation Creation: You will create detailed process documentation to enhance the understanding of our systems and procedures. This will involve translating technical terminology into clear, concise, and understandable language.

Qualifications:


  • Working towards a BS or MS degree in related fields: Engineering, Computer Sciences, Software, IT, Business Management.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Effective communication (written and verbal)
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of programming languages preferred (i.e. SQL, Java, Python)
