We are a growing company in the Watford area seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Management Trainee.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced managers to learn the ins and outs of our business and develop the skills you need to succeed in a leadership position.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist senior managers in daytoday operations
  • Learn about company policies and procedures
  • Gain handson experience in various departments
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops
  • Take on special projects as assigned

Salary:
£22,952.00-£23,929.00 per year
