Maintenance Co-ordinator - £22,000 - DOE

North Leeds

Monday - Friday, 1 in 3 Saturday


This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join one of the largest independent lettings agent in the Yorkshire region.

The job role will involve dealing with tenants who have a maintenance issue with their property.

You will first identify the problem and assess if it requires a contractor to visit or if it is user error.

Once this has been established you will be liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt and professional approach to repairs and maintenance keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents.

Property experience is preferred but not essential


Salary:
£23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
