We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Project Manager to work in a well-established and growing Main Contractor Construction Company.
We're based in Corby but our projects are all over the UK. to join our team.
As a Project Manager at 7formation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing construction/fit out projects that showcase our dedication to quality and client satisfaction.

Main responsibilities of the Project Manager
include:
- Directing and managing project development from inception to completion. Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Developing full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. Effectively communicating and managing project commercial expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required, negotiating with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. Determing and assessing need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle. Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Our ideal Project Manager
will have the below skills and experience:
- Have qualifications in Project Management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products
- Current driving license
- Able to commute / be comfortable with overnight stays, and have Construction/Fit-out experience
- Experience fitting out/building car showrooms, that would be a distinct advantage
