Planning Services are looking for a Senior Enforcement Officer to contribute towards the continued development of the Council's Planning Enforcement function and to assist in the provision of an efficient and effective service to customers and service users.

The post will provide opportunities to deal with a range of planning enforcement undertakings and projects and all tasks associated with the business of the Service.

There will be opportunities to advance your planning knowledge through training, experience and representing the service at appeals and other necessary events.

This post is open to those have a relevant qualification and demonstrable experience in a relevant service delivery discipline.

They should also have a good understanding of the use of technology for the delivery of modern and streamlined services and processes.
