You will be required to work collaboratively in a safe, caring and respectful way.An exciting opportunity has arisen within East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership for a temporary Band 4 Personal Assistant who will provide a dedicated and comprehensive administrative support service to our Senior and Service Managers within the Wellbeing and Recovery Service.
You will be instrumental in ensuring there is a flow of communication, information and correspondence, which is done by projecting a positive and professional image, as first point of contact for our managers.
An excellent communicator, well organised, motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Additionally, it is essential that you have an HNC Business Administration or equivalent experience and are computer literate with advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Software packages.
The post will be based at The Johnnie Walker Bond in Kilmarnock and you will require to have a valid driving licence and access to a car as you may be required to attend meetings within the organisation to take notes/minutes.
