TRAINING CO-ORDINATOR - HYBRID - BIRMINGHAM - £24,500
If you have a good track record in administration, with excellent client care skills and would like your next step to be a career opportunity, as opposed to just a job, then this role could be for you.
You'd be spending a few days a week working from home and the remaining time working closely with your team members in their city centre office.
Due to the nature of the sector, there are many stringent regulatory guidelines and funding requirements which require accuracy and attention to detail.
This isn't a run of the mill Training Co-ordinator role; it is multifaceted requiring exceptional data management, record keeping, analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Full training is provided as this is seen as a step onto the career ladder within a very specialist field.
Essential Skills for the role of Training Co-ordinator
- Your CV must clearly show a sound track record within administration.
- Your CV must clearly show you're familiar working to a system and following a process.
- Your CV must clearly show you have held complex administrative roles with different components.
- As a Training Coordinator in a hybrid role you must have a dedicated work area at home where you can concentrate and not be disturbed.
- As part of your time you would be working from the city centre office, you must be prepared and have the ability to travel to the office several times a week.
- You must have a good command of written and spoken English with good numeracy skills too.
- Overall, you must want a career and not just a job.
