Appodeal Stack is an end-to-end solution that scales mobile app business growth and drives profits. One Appodeal Stack top product is
BidMachine — a high-performance in-app-only Programmatic Ad Network built on an advanced technology stack.


Given the strong growth and market opportunity, the Appodeal Sales team is looking for a
Director of Publisher Sales (BidMachine) to strengthen the team by building strong relationships and winning new business with global app developers.


Responsibilities:


  • Close new publisher sales opportunities based on the BidMachine target list to accelerate our DAU and SDK supply footprint
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities with existing customers
  • Consistently exceed quarterly sales targets and OKRs, contributing to the strong growth of the business
  • Effectively manage the sales cycle and pipeline using Hubspot
  • Capture customer, market and regional feedback, product requirements and provide internal teams with data to drive product innovation
  • Use data to inform decision making and present sales opportunities
  • Represent BidMachine at industry events and participate in industry speaking opportunities

Qualifications:


  • Strong grasp of the mobile apps ecosystem and advertising landscape
  • Experience in the app monetization space working for one of the leading global players
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role combined with a proven and demonstrable successful sales track record selling to mobile app developers
  • Ability to build sales forecasts, manage sales pipelines effectively and craft winwin deals that maximize value for both sides
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build VP/C level relationships
  • The experience in navigating enterprise sales processes combined with the urgency required to hit quarterly sales targets
  • Strong technical knowledge of programmatic (OpenRTB, API, S2S, SDK)
  • Be data informed
  • Good network among mobile developers
  • Great communication skills both in writing and in person.
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent English; for APAC roles, fluent Chinese too
  • Collaborator and team player
