Description
Duties:
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Utilise multilingual abilities to assist Spanishspeaking customers effectively
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Sell products and services by highlighting their features and benefits
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
Experience:
- Proficient in English
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous
- Basic maths skills for processing orders and transactions
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
Job Types:

From £25,881.27 per year
