Description

Duties:


  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Utilise multilingual abilities to assist Spanishspeaking customers effectively
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Sell products and services by highlighting their features and benefits
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Experience:


  • Proficient in English
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous
  • Basic maths skills for processing orders and transactions
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,881.27 per year
