A well-known award-winning local estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work in an established broker, to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Norwich area.

Main Duties:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a well-established award-winning estate agency branch in the Norwich area.

The Norwich estate agency branch is very financial services focused and will refer new leads and enquiries every day.

As well as receiving new appointments, the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will have unlimited access to the branches existing clientdatabase of over 400 applicants.

The average property size in the area is £250k, however as the experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will be dealing with properties of up to £600k, and with over 120 properties been sold per month in the area.

This well-established estate agency branch in Norwich, will give the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser the opportunity to bank over £150k, providing earning potential of over £65,000.

Salary:

Basic £24,000 to £26,000, financial guarantees to £45,000 for 6 months plus pension, DIS, car or car allowance, OTE £55,000 - £70,000

Key Skills:

As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Norwich estate agency branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various associated protection products is essential.

Applications will be considered from experienced financial services professionals from a tied, independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has beenattained.
