**About the role of Head of MarketingThis is a Head of Marketing role, managing a team of 4 with a focus on the following elements: strategy, management, operational and financial & reporting.
Key Responsibilities for theHead of Marketing role
- Design and implement marketing strategies that align with business targets, build, and engage audiences, retain, and attract new customers.
- Managing a team of
- Audience trends and competitive offerings
- Lead and develop a highperforming team of marketers.
- Plan and manage multichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency through all marketing channels.
- Generate innovative ideas to promote the brand.
- Ensure the CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation system (HubSpot) are used correctly and delivering good ROI.Accurately forecast and manage expenditure within agreed budget limits.
- Create and present regular performance reports.
You'll be experienced working in a similar role in B2B media or Publishing. Have a great understanding of direct marketing concepts. An ambitious head of marketing, or someone who wishes to take that step up from second in command perhaps. If you have aproven track record of audience acquisition, growth, and engagement strategies then this could be just the role for you
**Skills & Experience needed for the Head of Marketing
- Success in audience acquisition, growth, and engagement strategies
- In depth knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce
- Events experience
- Ability to write effective sales and marketing copy.
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven, expert in Google Analytics
