What does the role involve?
The post holder will control the machine database for the prospective regions and will ensure the smooth running of the in-house vending system in relation operations and charges.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer the process from receiving Initial request through to machine installation. This includes putting order on all ll the relevant system.
- Following machine ordering, booking into stock up to delivering and installing at customer's site. Ensuring each order fulfils customers expectation of lead times, RAMS and communication on site.
- Request invoicing for leased and cash sale machines, as well as raising credits if needed.
- Track the invoices, credits and leases and update accordingly.
- Track all machines movements and keeping the database up to date as well as forecasting and end of month reporting systems.
- Ensuring all information on all systems is up to date
- Undertake general day to day admin duties as required, including the storage and tracking of contract and lease agreements.
- Providing weekly/monthly MI

- Proven track record of customer service or retail experience
- Experience of customer contact
- IT literate with MS Office including excel
- Excellent communication skills
