Autism Learning Support Assistant (Bank) - Brighton - Full-time & Part-time

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and inspirational individual to join our team with proven track records in achieving high standards of quality.

Key areas of responsibility:

Supporting the delivery of lessons
Working closely with individual pupils on a 1:1 basis to support their learning.
Promoting and enabling social development opportunities
Creative approaches to learning
Working academically to a good standard

Desirable:

Experience of working with students with a range of complex needs, including ASC or Emotional, Social and Attachment related needs.
Experience working with behaviour & the use of interventions/strategies in education
