Liverpool City Council have appointed AECOM, AMEY & MOTTS to provide contract administration support to the Council to manage the HIP programme.


  • Working with the client and the contractors design team, the NEC PM will provide contract support to deliver what are primarily highway maintenance jobs (reconstruction, resurfacing).
  • If the NEC PM has worked as the NEC PM on an Option C D&B contract this is desirable.
  • Site based part time (23 days per week) Then working from home.
  • LCC could take someone full time also as there is plenty of work in the pipeline.
  • Role is inside IR3
  • Rates are negotiable.
  • Start date late Feb/early March can accommodate earlier start also.
