HR ADVISOR - JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a confident and talented HR advisor. Preferable, but not essential, with experience within the healthcare industry.

The ideal HR advisor has deep experience with the entire HR processes, excelling in staff management, relationship building and problem solving.


Based from our Farnham, UK office you will work closely with the existing HR team members to ensure the company's success and continued growth.


Responsibilities

  • Analysing the company's daytoday operations.
  • Monitoring, solving, processing and noting carer issues, requests, and movements.
  • Providing advice to management on employee relations and management issues.
  • Creating, implementing and administering employee policies.
  • Working with managers on how to get the best out of their staff.
  • Identifying ways to improve existing policies and procedures.
  • Offering proactive recruiting assistance.
  • Ensuring accurate database and records management.

Person Specification

  • Have proven experience in dealing with staffing issues and problem solving.
  • Be able to communicate effectively at all levels with relevant carers and management teams.
  • Be able to work alone and as a team member.
  • Be highly proactive and driven to succeed.
  • Have excellent organisational skills including: database management, prioritising of work, good time keeping etc.

Benefits

  • Basic salary £25k £32k
  • 21 days holiday plus public holidays

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years' HR experience, ideally in the healthcare industry.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Clean driving license and car required to carry out carer welfare visits.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
