Responsibilities:
As an Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting online research of planning and building control files to gather necessary information.
  • Processing search requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Overseeing bookings and orders for data at Local Authority offices, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Validating addresses and plans via various sources to ensure accuracy.
  • Ordering and quality checking property reports to maintain high standards.
  • Resolving client and supplier queries promptly and professionally.
  • Taking telephone calls and messages, delivering clear and concise communication.
  • Actioning various tasks via our case management system, updating and maintaining accurate records.
  • Performing other general administrative duties as required to support the team.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, offering the flexibility of working from home. However, regular in-person team meetings will be scheduled.

Therefore, residing within 20 miles of Plymouth is preferred to ensure accessibility to team meetings and local support if required.
