Working closely with the General Manager to ensure the site is maintained to the highest of standards and guests receive outstanding service from the moment they book to the day they depart.

This is a part-time multi-service position. Working as part of a small team, your time will be split between housekeeping and reception duties as needed.


Your responsibilities may include:

• General housekeeping of The Manor House, 12 cottages & Shepherd's Hut inclusive of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and outside areas.
• Ensuring that all paperwork relating to the job is completed and is returned to the General Manager.
• Looking out for any maintenance issues on site and reporting them to the General Manager promptly.
• Approach all encounters with guests and staff in a friendly serviceoriented manner.
• Maintaining a clean clutter free workspace at all times.
• Conducting prearrival checks to ensure standards are met.
• Adhering to company standards and procedures
• Following Health & Safety regulations and laws.

CUSTOMER SERVICE / HOUSEKEEPING EXPERIENCE & COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE PREFERABLE. HOWEVER FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN.
Due to the nature of the work, flexibility will sometimes be required.

£13-15 per hour depending on experience.

16 hours per week. Preferable across 2 days, but can be flexible.

Overtime available on occasion.

Must have excellent attention to detail, be enthusiastic, hardworking, take real pride in your work and enjoy working with a small team.
