Role overview:

This is a key role in supporting the Technology function of a global SaaS provider.

You will be working in a fast paced environment, ensuring the teams have the right tools and support to deliver complex software solutions.


Working alongside experienced IT professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience in the administration and coordination of both day to day and project related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Reporting and Data Management
  • Maintain resource tracking and assist with reporting
  • Working with stakeholders to help assist in maintaining end of sprint reporting material
  • Assist in F&C / KPI Tracking (to feed into end of month/board reporting, highlighting wins of the month etc)
  • Financial Management
  • Assist Senior Tech Coordinator with day to day financial management (Purchase Orders/CC, Supplier tracking, assisting in budgeting and forecasting)
  • Maintain records and coordinate the renewal of software licenses as required by the team
  • Knowledge & Access Management
  • Maintain and update records, filing systems and processes to ensure information is up to date and accessible to the team.
  • Support Knowledge share initiatives and encourage collaboration within the team
  • Assist in tech tooling and access management where applicable
  • Own the Tech Ops Handbook
  • Meeting Management
  • Assist the Senior Tech Coordinator with event / meeting management (Invites, Room bookings, Agenda and information gathering)
What will you need to succeed?

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in analysing information in excel
- experience of using pivot tables would be beneficial but not required

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; comfortable and capable communicating at all levels
  • Excellent Organisation and Time Management Skills, with the ability to prioritise task
  • Ability to be thorough and accurate when accomplishing a task (attention to detail)
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Ability to show initiative and to work independently
  • Be a selfmotivator with a willingness to learn new skills
