Description

If the person appointed elects to undertake a maximum part-time contract, he/she will be required to devote substantially the whole of his/her time to the duties of the post and give them priority at all times.


The appointee, together with Consultant colleagues, will be responsible for providing a paediatric Rheumatology services for Sheffield, South Yorkshire and beyond.

Normal safeguarding practice will be expected.

The appointee will be expected to work flexibly to ensure delivery of the team's activity targets.

The person appointed will be required to provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence. He/she will have continuing responsibility for the patients in his/her care and for the proper functioning of the department.
