Description

An incredible opportunity to work in in the client services team of a global asset management organisation.

You will partnership with financial advisers, wealth managers and family offices to create and deliver innovative investment solutions for their clients.

You will be tasked with supporting Client Services Associates on the team, undertaking more junior tasks as you grow your knowledge and skills.

You will bring a high level of care and attention to even the most basic task and will demonstrate intelligencethrough an ability to pick up new things quickly.

JOB ROLE:

Data Entry
Maintaining data within our systems as required

Dealing and settlement

Processing dealing points for our investments, in which shares are bought or sold on behalf of our clients, and assisting with cash settlement processes

Cash management

Processing payments in from clients and assisting with bank reconciliation processes

Call handling

Assisting our clients with their enquiries on the phone
