Description

Our client, a well-established financial planning firm in Coventry is recruiting a Paraplanner to join their successful business.

This position is available due to how well our clients are doing, therefore there is room to expand the team in order to continueon that upward trajectory.

As a Paraplanner the working hours will be:

Monday to Thursday 8:30 am
5 pm
Friday 8:30 am
1:30 pm

For the successful Paraplanner, our clients are offering the following:

£35,000
£45,000 basic (depending on experience)
Free Parking
Bonuses paid in December
22 days holiday plus the ability to buy 5 more

The Paraplanner duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Support Team Manager where necessary
Delegate tasks where necessary
Identify areas for improvement and assist in the design process
Follow compliance process
Embed change, review, and feedback
Ensure tasks are managed via intelligent office
Ensure the process is followed, and coach junior team members where necessary
Provide Paraplanning support to the adviser(s) as allocated
Keep up to date with legislative and industry changes that will affect the business and its clients

To be considered for the role of Paraplanner, you must have the following attributes:

Diploma qualified or working towards
Some experience in a paraplanning role already
Experience in holistic, lifetime financial planning including cash flow planning and forming advice
Confident, assertive and an excellent communicator
Ability to plan and organise new or familiar tasks and to use a problemsolving approach to respond appropriately to a wide range of enquiries
