About the role
We're seeking experience

Assessment Production Officers to join our

Assessment Production Team.


The Assessment Production Officer has responsibility for the design, development, and performance of valid and reliable assessments within the NCFE portfolio.

Through a cross functional role, they also need to ensure that assessments developed by NCFE and associated brands, are appealing to learners and employers and are manageable for those delivering the qualification.


The Assessment Production Officer will contribute to ensuring compliance with all regulatory conditions relating to qualification assessment and for ensuring that appropriate criteria is met for funding and recognition.


  • Experience of qualification, assessment, and curriculum design assessment principles
  • Knowledge of current developments in education and assessment
  • Experience of dealing with externally set and marked assessment
  • Strong organisation skills, able to prioritise and maintain a high standard of accuracy while working in a busy environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including good grammar and spelling
  • Track record working with Awarding Organisations which offer external assessment
  • Educated to at least Level 3 standard or equivalent

This role requires hybrid working therefore you will need to be within travel distance of Head Office to ensure you can work from the office a minimum of twice per week.**
