This role requires you to be a motivated and self-driven person to effectively promote our Digital Sector Traineeships and Apprenticeships curriculum amoung potentil learners and employers.

You will be responsible to engage with key stakeholders to ensure the effective marketing of the provision, actively engage with employers and learners across the region and identify employment opportunities linked within the training and qualifications that we provide within our Digital Sector Traineeships and Apprenticeships provision.

The purpose of this is to gain interviews for our learners and support the transition from completion of Traeeships and qualifications into employment and/or Apprenticeships.

This position is avilable on a Freelance basis
.

Freelance £200 per day (from 8.45 am to 5.15pm) or negotiable unit price.

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing

  • Marketing our courses and programmes to Employer and Young People
  • Marketing our vacancies using various methods and platforms
  • Recruit and Interviewing prospective apprentices and trainees (Target based)
Find employers for our apprenticeship and traineeship programmes (Target based)

  • Provide IAG to potential apprentices and trainees
  • Promoting our brand on social media

Administration

  • Producing and maintaining customer databases
  • Working to timescales and agreed deadlines
  • Supporting company directors

Personal Organisation

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment; compliant with funding agencies rules, employer and organisational guidelines
  • Achieving agreed action plans and targets to ensure we meet contractual requirements
  • Prepare and review vacancy templates to meet employer and programme requirements

Professional Skills, Knowledge and Understanding

  • Value and promote social and cultural diversity, equality of opportunity and inclusion
  • Evaluate your practice with others and assess its impact on meeting targets
  • Promote provision using a range of methods and techniques advertising programmes and services
  • Carry out duties at all times in accordance with the organisations equal opportunities, health and safety, safeguarding, prevent and risk management policies and procedures
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties within the framework of the post.
  • Meet individual KPI.

Working with employers

  • Build positive and collaborative relationships with employers
  • Promote work experience vacancies to support traineeships
  • Actively promote progression pathways and seek opportunities to secure Learner/Apprentice progression to higher level learning/employment

Requirements:


  • Experience working with a training provider/educational provider and 'Recruiting learners for Apprenticeship and/or Traineeship' programmes
  • Experience working within the IT-Digital sector
