We have an exciting opportunity to join Wilson James as a Training Administrator at Gatwick Airport. You will be working as a member of the Wilson James Admin team.

MAIN DUTIES:

Managing Training Matrix
Updating staff names, training dates, monitoring current training courses, all whilst meeting GDPR standards and arranging for staff to go onto training courses.

Data input

Keeping staff personal training files current/up to date, uploading refresher training and updating Ramp training through the AIRDAT system.

General admin

Supporting the training team with general admin, including shredding, filing and any reasonable request from the training manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Selfmotivated and reliable with a conscientious approach to the Safety and Security aspects of your role
Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature
Demonstrate excellent customer service.
Basic IT Skills
Able to take on additional tasks with mínimal support.
Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team

Shift working patterns include:

Monday to Friday (Business hours) 40 hours week
Potential to flex hours depending on the need of operational requirements.
Role is initially a 6month secondment.
