Operations Coordinator
We are currently looking to employ an Operations Coordinator to work within their busy Waste Management Site based at Shaftesbury on a full time permanent basis.
Duties include:
- Supporting the General Manager & Operations Manager with General & Operational Administrative tasks.
- Liaison with customers.
- Assisting with operational planning.
- Internal Auditing.
- Waste legislation compliance.
- Supervision of the Company HGV fleet relevant to Operations.
- On site operational coordination with Management, yard staff & drivers.
- Management of the Company Operation Schedules.
- IT literate & familiar with the Microsoft/Google Suite. (Word, Excel, Google sheets).
- Have excellent communications skills.
- Be flexible, adaptable and proactive.
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
Immediate Start Available
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
