InstaGroup have been a leader in the energy efficiency market for over 40 years with £45m turnover, 75 members of staff with customers nationwide serviced from our newly refurbished offices in Finchampstead, Berkshire.


As Customer Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • You will be the point of contact between InstaGroup and our customers, building exceptional relationships with our existing customer base, always being proactive, assisting with queries, placing orders, and consistently maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Resolving customer queries and updating/sending customer order trackers in a timely manner
  • Processing orders/invoices in a timely manner using Microsoft NAV system
  • Updating Microsoft NAV system with price changes and monitoring the customer database
  • Coordinating all customer product sample requests
  • Support the field based technical team with the customer approval processes
  • Being a proud and passionate ambassador of InstaGroup, promoting our Vision and Values at all times.

Key requirements for this role are:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrate that you are able to achieve and exceed company and individual targets/KPIs
  • Confidence in presenting new ideas and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to communicate to people at all levels, building rapport and growing customer relationships
  • Drive and ambition to work as a member of the team while retaining the ability to work off personal initiative
  • Confident, outgoing personality is a must
  • Proactive attitude with strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Be willing and able to multitask and assist colleagues where necessary
  • Must be able to drive
