As a member of the Place-based Quality team, you will develop and maintain strong relationships and work in partnership with a range of health and care colleagues across Surrey Heartlands.

The team is responsible for delivering the quality framework, aligned to the core principles of quality assurance, improvement and monitoring.

  • Head of Placebased Quality (B8c)
  • Placebased Quality Managers x4 (B8a)
  • Placebased Quality Data Analyst (B7)
