Head of Marketing

Basic salary:
£80,000- £100,000

London

A global risk management specialist based in London is seeking a Head of Marketing to design and execute the Marketing Communications Strategy in line with the global strategic plan.

This includes the development of strategic messaging, brand development,planning and evaluation, digital and visual marketing, media relations, and social media.

Responsibilities:

Leading the strategic Marketing and Communications functions to maximise the external influence
Development of strategic marketing that drives business development and leads by promoting new products and services
Develop and deliver a strategic communications and marketing plan that drives lead generation and brand identity
Design and distribute digital and visual marketing content
In conjunction with the PR agency, implement the wider PR strategy regionally & worldwide
Build effective and trusted relationships at all levels of the business and work collaboratively with each of the business units
Support key stakeholder engagement & other enterprise initiatives that drive internal education on new product features

Requirements:

Significant Marketing Communications experience in B2B financial services or professional services
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a successful digital communication strategy
Knowledge and understanding of the media and an ability to advocate and represent the organisation
Excellent written communication and copywriting expertise, plus great presentation skills and creativity
Considerable project management and change management experience, including knowledge of how to bring new programs and products to market
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
UK experience is essential
