Description

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our housing support team to assist with supporting our tenants who live independently in our sheltered accommodation.

You should be well organised with excellent communication and organisational skills along with a good understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults.

Duties include establishing friendly relationships with tenants, supporting them whilst promoting independence and encouraging their involvement with services provided, to be aware of welfare benefits available and assist with the completion of relevant paperwork where necessary.

Knowledge of data protection legislation and word, excel and outlook is desirable.

Salary:
£13.17 per hour

Hours of work:
Part-time, up to 30 hours per week, on a rota basis to include weekend and night lone working. Day shift

8.30am to 5.30pm, night shift 5.30pm to 8.30am.
