A family in Barnes are looking for a flexible nanny for their 1.5 year old daughter. They also have 3 older girls (aged 3, 8 and 9) but they will be at school all day.

They would like a nanny with good initiative who really enjoys her job. Someone who is kind, patient, understanding and who doesn't mind being silly with children. They really care about health and sustainability and would like a nanny who shares the same values.

The mum will take the eldest 3 to school in the morning and you will then help to clear up breakfast and get the little one ready for the day.

You can then go to the park/a class/playdate before coming home for lunch.

She takes a nap in the afternoon which will give you some time to assist with nursery duties and some light tidying.

In the afternoon you can play at home or go our again before helping with dinner prep (they are a vegetarian family).

There will be some time to handover to the mum when she arrives home with the others after school.

Although the youngest is your main responsibility you will take care of all 4 girls housekeeping. This includes their laundry, making their beds, tidying their rooms and cooking for them. Other light duties include emptying the dishwasher, laying the table for dinner etc.

You will work 40 hours a week, Monday to Thursday.

You will start at 7am and the finish time will vary depending on the day (but won't be later than 5:30pm).

It would be great if you are happy to do some babysitting.

During school holidays the family will largely be travelling or will put the girls in summer camps etc so it will be very rare (if at all) that you will have all 4 girls at once.
