About The Role:

We are recruiting Multi Drop Delivery Drivers to be based from our Service Centre/Link Point in Portsmouth

This is a full time position, Minimum 44 hours per week and must be able to work Monday-Friday + Saturday Mornings

If sucessfully shortlisted - you will need to be able to attend a minute assessment at our Link Point in Portsmouth or Southampton


At the assessment, you will be asked to complete a computer based Risk Assessment which if sucessfully passed, will lead to a driving assessment and interview.


Responsibilities:


  • Delivery of potentially life saving medication to Pharmacies, Hospitals and Care Points.
  • Maintain a safe and competent standard of driving, observing speed limits and other traffic signs.
  • Daily check on Vehicle to ensure it is in a roadworthy condition.
  • Maintain the security of the vehicle at all times
  • Maintain excellent customer relations
  • Meet all Health and Safety Requirements

About You:

To be a Multi Drop Driver with Alliance Healthcare we would welcome people with the following skills


Requirements:


  • At least three years experience as a Multi Drop Delivery Driver
  • No more than three live points on driving licence
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Capable of bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety regulations
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
