An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the HEIW Digital team as a M365 Product Specialist.
This role sits within the Digital Transformation team, within the Health Education & Improvement Wales (HEIW) Digital Directorate.

Since the progression and evolution of the Microsoft 365 solution, there are now more tools, techniques, and benefits available across HEIW and NHS Wales.

There is therefore a requirement for people, processes, data, and technology to embed effective ways of working with the M365 solution, across every tangible aspect of the working environment which supports our users and how they work.

The post holder will be responsible for managing a range of M365 products across HEIW, and work closely with stakeholders to scope, document and deliver requirements.

They will also lead on conversations with stakeholders to scope and document requirements, and provide support, training, and guidance on the M365 products in order to transition to service
