What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Perioperative Informatics Facilitator to join our Theatres team, with a competitive salary range on offer, up to £45,000.
The role will include overtime when required by the unit.
The Perioperative Informatics Facilitator is an essential role within the perioperative team in supporting accurate data capture for completed procedures.
The post holder will review all Perioperative procedure cases and ensure the correct charges relating to the specific cases are booked correctly.

We have eight state-of-the-art theatres covering our Surgical Institutes including a hybrid theatre, robotic theatre and Intraoperative MRI facilities. We caner many specialties including Cardiovascular, Thoracic, Neuro, Spinal, Orthopaedic, Plastics, General Surgery, Urology and Gynaecology.As a member of our state-of-the-art perioperative department, you will work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe, effective, efficient care for patients and relatives.
What will your duties include?- Oversight of revenue capture and patient charge within the Procedural areas
- Foster and maintain key working relationships with the clinical teams, supply chain and finance.
- Update and maintain the integrity of procedural preference cards.
- Ensure procedure charge documentation is captured accurately.
- Support in the provision of refresher training of Optime, Cupid, Lumens and Wavemark.
- Experience of working in a perioperative environment required either clinically or within materials.
- Substantive experience in a similar role
- Previous experience of using clinical IT systems
