Join our new UK business based in London as a key player in ensuring that the finance function flows smoothly Part time role - 3-4 days per week.

Salary Range £30,000 - £37,500 Based on a 3-4 days a week + pension + holidays

  • Central London based part time bookkeeper role with TUSP / BMD

TUSP provides solutions to the transport, rail and construction industries internationally. BMD also launched its UK based business - BMD Infrastructure Services with an office based in London.

Who we're looking for:


  • Raising of Account Receivable invoices and following up outstanding balances
  • Processing accounts payable invoices and entering data into accounting software.
  • Raising of Account Receivable invoices and following up outstanding balances
  • Ensure electronic copies of all documents are recorded in the accounting software
  • Managing employee expense claims
  • Assisting with administrative duties as required by the Directors or General Manager of Finance and Audit
  • Assisting accounting team in Australia with preparation of monthly management reports and KPI reporting
  • Daily cashflow management,
  • Reconciling bank account balances daily
  • Recording any inconsistences to help the accountants in Australia reconcile inaccuracies
  • Preparing month end general ledger reconciliations
  • Weekly/Monthly Payroll preparation
  • Factflow management and reconciliations
  • Ensure electronic copies of all documents are recorded in the accounting software
  • Management of weekly time recording process and system
  • At least two years bookkeeping experience is preferable within a business environment
  • Excellent knowledge of general accounting
  • Experience in Xero accounting software is essential
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel is highly regarded
  • Highly organised with demonstrated ability to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships across different functions in the business
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Has a commitment to a high work standard and work ethic with attention to detail
  • Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and promote the BMD familyoriented culture
