£24k - £27K depending on experience, qualifications and training.

Permanent position based in White Roding

Monday to Thursday 9.30am - 2.30pm


We're looking for a highly motivated person with a passion for accurate admin and customer satisfaction to join our small friendly team in White Roding.


To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written including the ability to communicate with your colleagues, suppliers and customers.
  • Be able to work to a deadline
  • Have good organisational skills and good knowledge of Excel, Word and outlook. Sage 200 would be advantageous but full training would be given.
  • Good timekeeping/personal presentation skills.
Duties include but are not limited to

  • General administration and support

- Supporting the operations department with daily duties including but not limited to:

  • Confirming with suppliers and customers delivery dates and times. Following up the next day to ensure no further work outstanding and ensuring full customer satisfaction
  • Booking installation teams and transport.
  • Completing RAM's, creating delivery notes, etc.
  • Sending customer order confirmations and chasing deposits and preinstall payments.

- Supporting the Commercial department with daily duties including but not limited to:

  • Raising customer quotations
  • Compiling job files
  • Sales order processing.
You should be creative and flexible in your approach and be able to take responsibility to act on your own initiative and manage your own workload and time

This role is office based.

It is also a part time role at 20 hours a week:

Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 2.30pm.
