BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Liaison Officer to be based in Victoria Park, Hackney and surrounding areas London.


  • Provide a visible, accessible facetoface service to renting customers, homeowners and sharedowners in the Set, coordinate, track, and ensure completion of, actions with Estate Services, Asset Services, Specialist teams and others to get things done for customers which meet, or exceed customers' expectations.
  • Maximize income, and reduce debt, in defined customer areas.
  • Deliver an amazing lettings service which leaves customers feeling satisfied
  • Address antisocial behavior, flytipping, graffiti and safeguarding alerts.

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm


Salary:
£21.75 per hour

This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP
