Location:
Southwark (3 days office based)

Immersive Gamebox is on a mission to bring people together through shared play, making screen time social again. We have created an immersive team challenge, which takes place in interactive Gameboxes, where players work together to win. The Gameboxes feature a range of technologies including projection mapping, touch screens, motion tracking and surround sound to deliver a fun and immersive experience with no need for headsets


Immersive Gamebox was founded by Will Dean, the man behind Tough Mudder and David Spindler, who conceived and launched the Tough Mudder Bootcamp franchise.

They launched at the end of 2019 in London. People of all ages have come and have loved the experience.

They have 17 sites in the UK, US, Germany and Dubai, with plans to scale to 100 owned-operated units across the UK + US by the end of 2023, with a further 100 via franchise and concessions.

They have IP partnerships with Netflix (Squid Game), Rovio (Angry Birds), Aardman (Shaun the Sheep) and more.


We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious People Partner, reporting to the People Operations Director, looking to support growth and gain broad People & Operations experience.

You will be part of an exciting growth journey and work with some exceptional people.


The Role:


  • To support the implementation of the people strategy.
  • Embed the relevant people tools and processes in line with the agreed IGB people strategy
  • To contribute to the overall high performance and high potential plan
  • Provide support tools, coaching and insight that enable the central and venue team to lead and deliver robust performance reviews.
  • Maintain and embed people's policies and processes.
  • Collate and report on meaningful people metrics
  • To work alongside the venue team to support ER cases ensuring consistency, minimising business risk and maximising business continuity
  • To support continuous improvement to employee engagement.
  • To drive a culture of selfsufficient leadership by working with the People Director, the Central and Venue teams to identify development needs that enable the accurate and timely provision of development interventions and solutions.
  • To be first point of contact for recruitment requirements
  • To manage and maintain all employee personal files
  • To support People Director with any ahhoc projects

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a generalist role, covering Talent Acquisition, HR and L&D
  • Inquisitive with great attention to detail whilst able to focus on the bigger picture
  • Highly organised
  • Clear communicator
  • Excellent analytical skills including advanced Excel modelling
  • Ideally experience in a multisite organisation
