Personal Assistant required LS8 - £11.

30 per hour 4 to 10 hours per week:

We are looking for a PA to support my Son.

He is non-verbal and autistic so requires someone who has some knowledge in these areas, or is willing to complete some training.

My son is lively and enjoys being out and about, going to parks, going on drives, visiting different places, going trampolining and burning off energy.
It is important for the PA to understand Autism and be aware that the PA must be vigilant at all times, as my son has no danger awareness.

The PA will work - 4 hours on a weekend and up to 10 hours in the school holidays.

The PA will encourage my son to experience new things.
The PA may have to provide a small element of personal care, as he wears continence pads
Ideally the right PA will have experience in Autism and learning disabilities.
A driving licence is essential and the PA must have their own car
Provide support when out in the community
Any other reasonable request I may make.

Key Responsibilities:

Services
