The Role:

  • Running a busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions autonomously from start to finish
  • Dealing with clients and referrers on a variety of Residential Property matters
  • Working closely with the Head of Department to contribute to the continuation of further growth of the department
  • Utilising the firm's case management system to work on your caseload whilst providing effective support to your team members
  • Liaising regularly with clients and other third parties such as lenders, estate agents and solicitors
  • Ideally, you will have a solid background in managing your own files from a conveyancing background
  • You must be passionate about this area of law with a view to achieving the best possible financial results for your clients
  • You will be a highly organised individual with excellent communication and advocacy skills
